Nomad Health is a Direct Primary Care practice in Miami Beach. You pay one flat monthly fee, we skip the insurance billing, and you get a provider you can text, call, or email when something comes up. Telehealth is included. If you'd rather we come to you, we do that too.†

See memberships from $175/month →One visit, an EKG, six labs, and a written report for your surgeon. You don't need to be a member.
Pre-op optimization, $450 flat →Tell us what's going on and we'll figure out the right next step together. You talk to a provider, not a phone tree.
Send us a message through your patient portal whenever something is bothering you¶, or call if you'd rather talk. You won't wait weeks for an opening.
A Nomad Health provider talks it through with you and decides what makes sense.
Some things need to be seen in person. We'll get you on the schedule at the clinic.¶
If we need bloodwork first, we order it at our low member prices‡ and go over the results with you.
If it's straightforward, we handle it right then on a phone or video visit and send a prescription to your pharmacy.
When it makes sense, we send a field clinician to you, wherever you are.†
If you have surgery scheduled, your surgeon wants to know you're ready for it. When a surgeon asks for pre-op clearance, this is the evaluation they mean. In one visit we go through your health history and your medications, examine you, run an EKG, and draw the labs your surgeon needs to see. Together that covers your blood pressure, heart rhythm, breathing, blood sugar, kidney and liver function, blood counts, clotting, and urine. If we find something that could affect how your surgery goes, we work on it with you before the date. Then we send your surgeon a written report with our findings and recommendations. Anyone can book this. You don't need a membership. Read more about the pre-operative evaluation.
Good to know. This is a single service, not a membership. It doesn't make Nomad Health your primary care provider, and it doesn't stop you from joining later.
Cancel any time before the visit for a full refund. After the visit the fee isn't refundable. You're paying for the evaluation, the testing, and the report, not for a particular result.
Whether your surgery goes ahead is always your surgeon's call. Our job is to find anything that could affect how you do, improve it where we can, and tell your surgeon what we found.

It does not cover hospitalization, emergency services, specialist care, or major medical needs.
